Some photos I took during the President's visit to Indianapolis in May.
Also developed, but not shown, from the same role, some pictures of snakes...please, to my liberal friends, no politician=snake jokes!

please refrain from the rude and profane comments regarding the President...this isn't a political forum, nor did I put anything in my comments above either pro-Bush or anti-Bush...these were pictures that I took, and I thought I would share them. If you wish to say anything regarding your like or dislike of this President, please do so in an appropriate forum...If you think the pictures suck (composition, lighting, color, focus) then that's a valid criticism for this format, and I'll be happy to hear it...

A Bit of Change of Pace

I offered to take some pictures of my friend's snakes. He hopes to breed them, and thought it would be nice to have good pictures of the parents. The light cast a yellow hue when the film was printed...I need to get a filter to correct for that, but I was able to correct it somewhat when I scanned and manipulated the picture.

Indiana Evenings, and Ohio Family

There are occasional reminders of the beauty of Creation, even when you miss out on seeing them most days. Here are some sunsets in Indiana, which I captured on film as we returned from a day of shopping (eating/reading/etc) in Indy. These were taken south-west of Muncie, just off of Highway 67. The color of the sky said to me, "pull over and shoot". This is why I keep the cameras in the car.
The photos of my grandfather, Lewis the beagle, and the apple blossoms were taken in Hamilton Ohio, in early May, I believe.
